All prices advertised are in New Zealand dollars, packaging & a standard NZ Gift Hampers gift card. The published prices are all that are payable, other than delivery cost, which are advertised on this website.
GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST.
All orders containing alcohol will have to be signed for upon delivery by a person over 18 years of age.
If the recipient looks under 25 valid identification must be shown, such as NZ Passport, Drivers license, or 18 plus card.
Alcohol will not be left with intoxicated persons and will not be left at the door if no one is home.
Depending on the courier company they will either leave a calling card or try re-delivery later in the day.
Once the gift hamper has been collected from our depot by the courier company, the delivery time and date is out of our control.
We can't be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on the requested delivery date.
We despatch our goods in good faith based on the time frames given to us by the courier company.
We deliver only to New Zealand addresses, we don’t deliver Overseas.
Unfortunately, Weekend Delivery is not available.
Please allow 1-3 days after payment is received, for deliveries to Towns and Cities.
Rural addresses - you need to allow another 2-3 extra days for delivery, the only exception to this is if the specified delivery date is scheduled for a later date.
In the event that your Gift Hamper is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can track your order. (All queries need to be lodged within 5 working days to us).
If you have provided us with an incorrect address we are more than happy to redeliver your order for an additional delivery charge; we are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient at the time of delivery isn't at the delivery location.
As the customer, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given, on the order for delivery, and the courier driver will be able to deliver the gift if the recipient of the gift is in a secured building. Gift Hampers can be left at the address in the safest place possible place on your instructions to leave, providing the gift hamper doesn't contain alcohol.
If the incorrect delivery charge is selected when using our checkout, we reserve the right to charge the difference to your account without confirmation.
Shipping charges, other than for damaged items or incorrect orders will remain the responsibility of the purchaser and the responsibility for returning goods (other than those damaged) remains the purchasers risk until the goods are received by us.
Once an order has been delivered to the intended recipient in accordance with the customer's delivery instructions, the customer and/or intended recipient assumes full responsibility for the products.
New Zealand Gift Hampers is under no obligation to accept an order. Once an order is accepted, delivery will be made to the intended recipient. Full payment is required before an order will be delivered.
The contents of this website are the property of NZ Gift Hampers, any use of, or reproduction of this website is prohibited without the prior written permission of NZ Gift Hampers.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to New Zealand civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. NZ Gift Hampers does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
In the unlikely event that a listed product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent or higher value.
We may not contact the sender as this may delay the Gift Hamper from being delivered on the requested date.
Product sizes and weights
Some listed product weights may change due to the manufacturers specifications without any notification to NZ Gift Hampers. Please note that all our weights and sizes are a general guide and are listed in good faith.
Allergy information is provided in good faith, and may be changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge, it is the consumers responsibility to check food, based on their allergies before consuming.
By accepting our Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to be on our mailing list, however you will receive an email in which you can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep you up to date with specials, and new products, we will retain your Name, Address and other contact details on file and send you newsletters with special offers. We will not provide your name or details to any other person or company. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list please email us at email@example.com and type “remove from list”.
Please also note that we do not store any credit card details.
After placing your order, if you then wish to cancel your order. We are happy to offer a full refund to you via your method of payment (less a $10.00 administration charge). Unfortunately, if your order has already been despatched we cannot offer a refund.
If you have paid via credit card, a refund will reappear in your account 5 working days later.

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in our website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the website, should be taken to indicate that all information on the website has been modified or updated.
In the unlikely event that your NZ Gift Hamper does get damaged in transit, please contact us within one week from the delivery date and we will automatically replace it with a gift of equal or higher value.
If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be photographed to indicate any damaged goods. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
