How do I contact you?

What payment methods do you offer?

We can provide you with our bank account details, please note that your order will not be delivered until the funds clear our account.

Can I open an account?

If you are a business or organisation please contact us to discuss this further.

How will my gift hamper be packaged?

Your gift will come presented in one of our black or white gift boxes, tied with ribbon, and one of our standard gift cards.

It will then be wrapped in brown paper for the courier.

Where do I write my message for the card?

You can do this on the product page, as you're choosing which gift to send.

How do I know if you have received my order?

After you have placed our order you will receive an email confirming your order.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, when you proceed through the checkout this is a required field, please make sure you have read the deliveries page to ensure that your order can be delivered on the specified date.  If you have selected a date but have placed your order after the 2:00 pm cut-off time for the day, it will then be despatched on the next business day.

We always do our best to have your gift hamper to arrive on the specified delivery date, but as we use a third party delivery service we cannot 100% guarantee this.

Can Gift Hampers be delivered on weekends?

Unfortunately, all of our orders are despatched Monday to Friday and are delivered from Monday to Friday.  If your order is despatched on a Friday it will not arrive until the following week, depending on the delivery area.
