The management and staff of NZ Gift Hampers believe that we have a responsibility to the welfare of the community.  Because of this, we have implemented the following Host Responsibility Policy:

• We will ensure no sales are delivered between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am the following day.
• No promotions will be run that encourage youth drinking.
• No promotion will be run on this website offering discounts of over 25% off.
• It is against the law to serve alcohol to minors.  You will be asked twice before purchasing, your age must be 18 years or older.  If we are in doubt about your age, we will ask for identification.  Acceptable forms of proof of age are a NZ photo Driver’s License, and 18+ Evidence of Age card or a current Passport.
